This is a component from the xTools. TxToolButton is a speedbutton descendand that 
reads his glyph from a single resource. So you have the glyphs only one time in your 
EXE. About 200 glyphs are predefined and most of them are standard windows buttons 
like Open, Save, Cut, Paste.
